Scope of Services
These Terms apply to services, information products, and goods offered by Hydrovalis.
Services
Services include device installation, system maintenance, and remote monitoring solutions. Scheduling is confirmed upon payment. To cancel or modify, contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Eligible requests will be processed as a reimbursement or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Custom installation services are tailored to site conditions; therefore, they are not eligible for reimbursement due to resources allocated in advance.
Information Products
Information products consist of digital guides and system optimization manuals. If you find the content unsuitable, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than one download has occurred. To submit a request, please complete the contact form with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Goods
Goods include climate devices and accessories. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping. To initiate, submit a request through the contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, approved reimbursements will be processed within 15 business days. Custom-configured devices are not refundable due to specialized manufacturing.
Warranty
All Hydrovalis devices carry a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Modifications to Terms
Hydrovalis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
